"Our neighbors actually ran into me at the beach and referred me to Pacific One Lending mortgage company. My wife and I needed to refi desperately as we have been helping out many of our family members and still trying to afford to pay our taxes. Anyways, we went in person to their building since it is so close to our home. They are on Beach and Ellis the heart of HB. The building is very cool. While we were there we noticed a Yoga studio and even a Chiropracters office that does massage and facials right next door. Basically, great people everytime we go in there we leave happy. Pacific one is leaving us with more money in our pockets that we have had in years!"
"Hello friends...I need to tell you about how great this company is that rescued me when no one else could...I was turned down by a few other lending companies because I was upside down and had low equity and I was going to give up altogether until I talked with someone at Pacific One. The loan officer was so helpful and gave me hope. He spent as much time with me as I needed and was able to get me into a program to help me get a better loan with a lower rate. They even helped me improve my credit! I am now able to save money and I no longer worry abouit paying my mortgage every month! During this time she has helped us with at lease six loans which have included purchasing and refinancing our primary residence, vacation homes and rental properties. Each and every deal has been wonderful. In today's market having more than seven loans can be a burden.
